Arlo Davey Guthrie is a folk musician and the son of singer-songwriter/folk musician Woody Guthrie. Arlo often sings songs of protest against social injustice. One of his better-known pieces is titled "Alice's Restaurant Massacree" and is a satirical talking blues song about 18 minutes long. Throughout his career, Arlo has released a total of 28 albums, appeared in many TV shows and has starred in four major films.
