The Cold War Kids are an indie rock band from Long Beach, California that formed in 2004. The band released their first demo in the spring of 2005, which became known as the Mulberry Street EP. In the summer of 2006, Cold War Kids signed to Downtown Records and released their debut LP Robbers & Cowards that fall. After two years of non-stop touring around the world, Cold War Kids went back into the studio in the spring of 2008 to record their second album Loyalty to Loyalty. In all, the Cold War Kids have released a total of three studio albums and nine EPs, with their latest studio album Mine Is Yours scheduled to be released on January 24th.
