Bon Jovi 4/7 at the Xcel Energy Center in St. Paul

Minnesota, get excited because Bon Jovi is coming back to St. Paul, and we are getting ready!

Bon Jovi had 13 U.S. Top 40 hits, including four number-one songs on the Billboard Hot 100: You might know them as "You Give Love a Bad Name", "Livin' on a Prayer", "Bad Medicine", and "I'll Be There for You".

Some of his other Top 10 record chart hits included "Wanted Dead or Alive", "Bed of Roses" and "Always". The success of Bon Jovi's 2000 single, "It's My Life", helped introduce them to a younger audience, as has the use of different styles in their music, such as the appearance of country in 2007's Lost Highway.

Xcel Energy Center will host Fleetwood Mac

Fleetwood Mac will be another great St Paul Concert at the Xcel Energy Center. You can't miss it!

 The two most successful periods for the band were during the late 1960s British blues boom, when they were led by guitarist Peter Green and achieved a UK number one with "Albatross"; and from 1975 to 1987, with more pop-orientation, featuring Christine McVie, Lindsey Buckingham and Stevie Nicks.

 The band achieved more modest success in the intervening period between 1971 and 1974, with the line-up including Bob Welch, and also during the 1990s which saw more personnel changes before the return of Nicks and Buckingham in 1997, and more recently, the departure of Christine McVie. In 1998, Fleetwood Mac were inducted into the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame.

Congrats to Edina and St. Thomas Academy for winning the MN High School Hockey Tourny. It was great to see all the hockey fans from all around Minnesota in the heart of the city. Thanks for all the fans who stopped into Ticket King Minnesota to talk hockey, we had a blast!

Bob Seger and Kid Rock on Friday at the Xcel, we still have tickets!

Minnesota, you are not going to want to miss this concert. Bob Seger and Kid Rock are coming to town for this once in a life time chance to rock out. The rockers have been friends since 2000. Kid Rock was on hand to induct Seger into the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame in 2004, and he also made a guest appearance on his 2006 ‘Face the Promise' album. Seger returned the favor by playing piano on ‘Collide,' Kid Rock's duet with Sheryl Crow. They're both from Michigan and share an interest in classic cars, and Seger and his Silver Bullet Band often rehearse at Kid Rock's rehearsal space.

The friends have been talking about doing shows together for years, and it turned out they were able to make two dates of their respective spring tours coincide. Seger and the Silver Bullet Band will perform with Kid Rock and the Twisted Brown Trucker Band in Minneapolis/St. Paul, Minn. on March 15.

Twin Cities Events This Weekend
