Twin Cities New Years Eve Events

Minnesota Timberwolves vs. Denver Nuggets Tickets

Benjamin Scott "Ben" Folds is a singer-songwriter, multi-instrumentalist and the former frontman of the alternative rock band Ben Folds Five.  Now he's performing as a solo artist but also collaborates with many other musicians. Ben became attracted to the piano at age nine and listened to songs by Elton John and Billy Joel on AM radio and learned to play them by ear. During high school, he played in several bands as the pianist, bassist or drummer. Minnesota Vikings vs. Chicago Bears TCF Bank Stadium Information

Vikings vs. Bears Ticket Holders:

As you may or may not be aware, the Minnesota Vikings have announced how tickets will be re-issued for the game on Monday, December 20th at TCF Bank Stadium. Their policy is as follows: lower level ticket holders will receive lower level seating access on a general admission basis until seating is at capacity beginning at 5 PM. Upper level ticket holders will receive upper level seating access on a general admisison basis beginning at 5:30 PM. Line queues to get into the stadium will open at 4 PM.

Ticket King is offering TWO OPTIONS for current ticket holders:

1. If you would like to use your tickets to attend the game, we will apply an in-store credit on your Ticket King account for the amount over the face value that you paid for your tickets (less shipping). This in-store credit does not expire and can be used towards any event that we sell tickets to.

2. If you do not wish to attend the game, you can opt to receive a full in-store credit (less shipping) on your Ticket King account. Again, this in-store credit does not expire and can be used towards any event that we sell tickets to.

Vikings vs. Bears Ticket Holders:

As you are probably already aware, the December 20th Vikings vs. Bears game originally scheduled to take place at the Metrodome has been moved to TCF Bank Stadium due to damages sustained to the Dome during the snowstorm. At this time we do not have any details regarding how tickets will be transferred to the new venue. Please be assured that, as always, Ticket King is doing everything in our power to ensure that each of our customers is taken care of. As soon as we have any information, you will receive an email or a phone call from Ticket King regarding the next steps in the ticket transfer process. If you did NOT order from us, you should call the Vikings directly (or whoever it was you bought your tickets from) to see how they are handling it.  We are NOT currently selling any tickets for the game until we know the details on how this will work. 

Minnesota Vikings vs. New York Giants Game Change Policy

Due to the weather conditions and the roof collapse at the Metrodome, the Vikings vs. Giants game originally scheduled for Sunday, December 12th has been moved to Detroit, Michigan. Ticket King will be issuing full in-store credit (less shipping) for tickets already purchased. This in-store credit does not expire and can be used towards your next purchase with Ticket King. In order for you to receive your Ticket King credit, we MUST get your tickets back from you on or before Monday, December 27th. Tickets can be returned to us in person at one of our offices or can be sent to us via Certified Mail or some other traceable method (such as Fedex or UPS.) Ticket King will not be responsible for tickets sent by the postal service if they are not delivered to us.  Please don't hesitate to call us with any questions.

Minneapolis Ozzy Osbourne Concert POSTPONED

Sorry guys... I hate to be the bearer of bad news.  But... The Prince of *bleeping* Darkness, aka Ozzy Osbourne, has POSTPONED his Minneapolis concert that was scheduled to take place this Sunday night at the Target Center. Ozzy is taking advice from his doctors, as he is currently suffering from a bad ear infection and is unable to perform. Bring Your Cat to Work Friday Part Two

Fridays are already sweet but they're extra wonderful over here in the Ticket King office for a couple reasons.  First and foremost, being that we're all very fond of cats and most of us own at least one, we decided to turn every Friday into Bring Your Cat to Work Day!  That would explain the picture of my furry feline friend Rocky, who had his second Ticket King office visit today.  Rocky is a very vocal cat that expresses every thought in his little cat head through meows. If only we could understand him...

Frank Baum, which was originally published in 1900 and has been adapted to several different works.  The most famous is the 1939 film, The Wizard of Oz, starring Judy Garland.  There has also been many stage adaptations including the musical that began in Chicago, moved to New York a year later and endured a long, successful run on Broadway.
